Amazing! I tried one with the bread flour and one with all purpose… bread flour made a huge difference. My family requests it at every gathering.

Loved it! Nice and crusty, just perfect! Definitely need to invest in a Dutch oven

Ok, it turned out great, but I gave it 3 stars because I realized late that it needed sugar I squeezed honey over the top while it proofed for 4 hours or so. I also had a very soupy mess after it raised. So I should have used a little more flour or less water. I added a lot of flour on the dump and turn. It was so good though!! So good! I will make again and add sugar because all the other recipes add sugar.

Turned out fairly well for a “no knead” bread, thanks for the recipe and ideas. ;-)

Nice loaf to work with. Baked up ice and tall. Good chewy exterior and soft crumb.

It didn’t “grow” much but it was nice and crusty on the outside and soft inside. Added rosemary into the dough for extra flavour.

Just perfection. First time making bread and we were in love. I accidentally lost track of time in the garden and let it rise for 5 or so hours but it sure didn’t mess up the final product. 💜

Wonderful, this is a perfect recipe that anyone can follow to make an artisan bread at home.

I’ve made this bread 4 times in 3 weeks: my family loves it. Easy to make, great flavor.

Great crust and soft bread inside. It just didn’t have much of a taste. Will try toasting it and eating it with jam tomorrow.

Great turn out for the first try. I used the metal bowl and pizza stone for my Dutch oven and made it with my four year old daughter she loved it.

My first bread and as a guy I'm pretty proud! Liked the video and that cute enthusiastic chef!

This bread recipe is one of the best! I have modified mine by increasing the yeast by 1/4 teaspoon and added a teaspoon of honey to the starter yeast - No Salt - as the starter sits I sift 1/2 bread flour - 1/2 regular flour. I do not own a Dutch oven - so my modification for baking is to place the bread on parchment paper - cover with a large stainless steel bowl for the 30 minutes while preheating a pizza stone to 450. Carefully slide the parchment paper - bread - stainless steel bowl onto the stone and bake covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for 15.

Fantastic as white bread! I have to try the whole wheat bread overnight. It was flat and heavy doig 3 hours.

First homemade bread I've made and it was amazing! Great crust and moist inside. Going to add herbs and spices next go around. Definitely a keeper!

Have made several times and every time it’s wonderful. Used both bread flour and plain flour. This last time I sprinkled about a tablespoon of everything bagel spice on top after I brushed a little water on top before baking and it was wonderful! Going to try more flavorings as I get more brave in my baking!

didn't rise but was still good

Delicious and super simple. The hardest part of this recipe is being patient enough to let it cool long enough before cutting!

I don't think I cooked enough, but I see the potential. Again, my assumption is me. I have not successfully made a good bread yet.
