made this for Christmas and everyone loved it! I improvised and made them into small person cups using cupcake tins and reduced cooking time by 10 minutes for each batch. i also took about 200ml of the finished batter and added an instant coffee to it. then added 2tsp of the coffee flavored cheesecake batter to a half filled cupcake serving before baking. the coffee flavor was the favorite and ended up running out first! i used 2 single serving packages of nescafe cappuccino and it gave the perfect amount of coffee flavor for each serving.

turned out great. perhaps i could bake it a little longer as the centre was a bit gooey after 45 minutes baking

Did need a little longer in the oven but really easy & delicious too

Spot on. Mine cracked, despite leaving it in the oven. Will try it with the door closed next time. I used 1/4 honey instead of sugar.
