Delicious also very easy. Taking it to my granddaughter’s bridal shower.

I did not have monk fruit sugar. Using what I had on hand, Stevia, it tasted fine, although it was only an inch tall. It would have probably been fluffy if I’d used the Monk Fruit sugar
