Our Nature Boost Grilled Boneless Chicken breast is an excellent and very healthy option for lunch as well as dinner. If you are looking for a healthy meal that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes (after thawing), then you may want to give this a try.

This is a healthy and original recipe and I made no changes. As an amateur bodybuilder II try to make this a part of my daily diet. My family loves it, for we are trying to eat mostly grilled food in our home.
