It’s the best white bread I’ve had, made a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with horse radish dipping sauce. I did have one issue which is my fault I didn’t pinch one of the seams on the loaf. So it unrolled a bit. I’ll make sure I use some water to soften the dough on the seam next time.

Came out great!! I used instant yeast. I didn’t quite follow the directions to a T but I used all the ingredients exactly as specified and it was really good. I think I’ll make my own bread from now on.

Amazing. tastes like the speacility breads I buy at the T&T supermarkets. delicious...
Now I dont have to pay a premium and just make these myself. im going to try to put redbean paste, taro paste, and cinamon raisin with this recipe.

This recipe is my go to white bread recipe. So quick, so easy, and oh
so tasty! I found 8 cups of flour perfect for a workable just tacky enough
dough. Just counting down the last few moments for another 2 loaf bake and
oh my....the house smells amazing!

Made 1/2 recipe, crust was thick but still chewy because of addition of butter, this recipe definitely needed more salt imo but otherwise a solid white bread.
