- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper
- cooking spray
- 300 grams potatoes (quartered)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Mix the mustard, water, oregano, and olive oil together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate the steaks in the mustard mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Spritz a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and cook the steak.
- Place the potatoes in one layer in a large skillet. Heat, adding the olive oil and the butter. Saute on medium-low heat until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Add the paprika, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
