good but used too much garlic!!

The mushroom stuffed chicken I made was ok, and this dish has a lot of potential. I didn’t put the mozzarella cheese on the top of the chicken Next time I make it, I will add more spices to the mushrooms mixture and use Swiss cheese instead of a soft herbed cheese. I’ll also spice the outside of the chicken breasts with more than salt and pepper plus a little olive oil to add more color.
