This muesli bread brings all of your favorite breakfast flavors to a delicious loaf of bread. Instructions for this recipe are for a bread machine. Brown sugar and apple juice add a warm and sweet flavor to this bread. Ingredients
- 300 mL apple juice
- 1 egg (small)
- 25 grams butter (room temperature)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. milk powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 125 grams muesli (with fruit + extra for garnish)
- 425 grams strong flour
- 60 grams brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. yeast (dried brewer’s)
- milk (for brushing)
Directions
- Using a bread maker, add the all the ingredients in the order above, except the milk and extra muesli for garnish, and set the program to ‘basic white bread.’
- Just before baking, brush with milk and sprinkle with the extra muesli. Close the lid carefully.
- Gently remove the bread with a spatula to keep the shape.
