This is one of our favorite meals. simple , but so filling and delicious. My daughter saw at the table and yelled "Yeah! one of my favorites! I change a lot of online recipes I use but this I basically leave alone. Good as is!

So delicious! We followed the recipe and it was wonderful. Also reheated well for lunches (made double batch on weekend). Went well with the steamed broccoli and white rice like it recommended.

This Mongolian Beef recipe was SO good! I really liked the sauce over the rice.
