I did not have all the ingredients on hand, so i substituted for what i had available using this recipe as the base. It turned out Great! I used gin instead of rum and 7up instead of club soda. I also mixed a little lemon with the lime.

I rarely make mixed drinks, but my husband is a big fan of Mojitos so I decided to surprise him with one of these during dinner. After a trip to Las Vegas where this was his drink of choice, he tried Mojitos at numerous other places but always said "they're not as good as Vegas." When I gave him the Mojito made with this recipe, he exclaimed, "that's it!" I don't know what specifically is unique with this recipe, but it lived up to very high and specific expectations :-). The recipe was very easy to follow, the ingredients easy to find, and is definitely a recipe I would recommend to anyone looking for a refreshing summer drink!
