It turned out delicious without the GINGER I cant wait to make it again with the ginger next time. Its also easy to follow instructions and it is a perfect moist for a bread

Very good zuchinni bread. I put raisins in mine istead of walnuts. This is definetly a keeper. Very moist and tasty.

This is an excellent recipe for moist quick bread-it really is super moist!!!. Although very sweet but I guess that’s what makes it so delicious. I’m not much of a baker and my breads don’t usually turn out that great but if you follow the directions you will have two “Yummly” loaves of zucchini bread-one for now and one to freeze for a special occasion.

I followed this delicious recipe as written. It was light and moist and tasty.
My husband ate most of one loaf, which is very telling. He is not a big quick
bread fan. We gave the second loaf to a friend who told us the next day that he
and his wife finished all but two slices which they were trying to save until
breakfast the next morning. He loved it and said it reminded him of the zucchini
bread his mom used to make. I’m actually baking another batch as I type
with zucchini from my garden!!!

Excellent! Easy to make except its almost all gone in one day so now I have to make more. I am adding choc chips to next batch!

So i modified this receipe as i usually do for most yums. i used coconut sugar, almond flour, and half coconut oil and the other half butter. WOW.

this was the 3rd recipe ive taken off yummly for zucchini bread. this waa the best by far. the others cooked badky or overcooked with the time i was told. this one wqs perfect and i will use this one again
