I made it in a bundt pan and it took one hour. The batter is oh so good. I also added walnuts to it which always adds texture and flavor. With the walnuts I should have added a little more oil. It did not come away from the bundt pan easily and was a little crumbly.

It’s that time of year for pumpkin so I made this bread. It is delicious! I added a half cup of chopped toasted pecans and half a cup of dried cranberries and it turned out fabulous! Very moist and nicely spiced. I wouldn’t change the spices or their amounts. The ratio is spot on.

I absolutely loved this recipe. I used dark brown and white sugar both as the sugar as a minor modification.

Great! Moist, easy to make. Just the right amount of spices and sweetness. I only put 1/2 tsp nutmeg as I think nutmeg can be overbearing.
