Description
Bring the flavors of the boardwalk to your kitchen with this recipe for Mock Shrimp Patties. Made with a mixture of shrimp, onion, parsley, a flour blend of chickpea and wheat flours, and water, the shrimp patties are fried in olive oil until golden and crunchy on both sides. Let the mixture sit for two to three hours before frying in order to let the flavors develop and to ensure the mixture holds together when fried.
