  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (measured correctly)
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 2 tablespoons Truvia (or other sweetener, to taste)
  • 1 cup cold coffee

    I doubled the recipe. Left in the refrigerator overnight and they came out too runny.

    WOW very delicious! I used organic vanilla hemp protein. I tweaked the sweetener with what I had in the pantry. I used 1.5 tablespoons of bourbon maple syrup because of the rich flavor. I used approximately 1/2 cup of cold coffee because of the consistency as I added the coffee in so it wouldn't be watery. I used strong Guatemalan coffee because of it's chocolatey, nutty flavor to further enrich the flavor. Excellent recipe!
