I used sake and miso paste for sauce and came out okay. Had the sauce in a small cup to pour as needed though.

Very good. Will make again but with a little less sugar and a lot more spice! Made w baked tofu, broccoli, mushrooms, and baby corn. Served over rice.

Really easy and pretty good. I used asparagus and broccoli and added some sausage. It was really tasty.
I'd recommend going light on the miso it can overpower the other flavors.
