It was very light and refreshing. I added some oatmeal powder and vanilla and it was very good. Only thing is, if you read more on the recipe, there is lemon in this. But lemon is not listed as an ingredient. Next time I will add lemon, still unsure on how much.

This came out delicious. It's light and frothy. I would adjust the honey depending on the ripeness of the fruit. I discovered I like it with extra mint to balance the flavor more to the herbal side.
