not bad. used bakers joy and didnt have the sticking issue.

The family loved it. read earlier comments about sticking to pan and crumbling. I used muffin paper liners in the pan and an extra egg in the muffin mix and it was a big hit. I did not have a mess in the muffin pan and the muffins did not crumble. I will do this again.

This was a terrible recipe. I sprayed the pan, and they stuck horribly. What a mess.

I was hoping to use these in my kids’ lunches; maybe even freeze up a batch for quick after school snacks on busy nights when we have dance or sports. These were adorable until I tried to get them out of the pan. They crumbled into a big fat mess...defeating the whole purpose for making little corn dog bites. They were perfectly cooked, not over cooked at all, and I did pre-grease my muffin tin pan. It’s going to take soooo much scrubbing to get it clean! 😠 I might try again if I get around to buying mini sized muffin tin papers. The only thing I can think to do with this current batch (AKA “mess of crumbs”) is to pour chili over it and eat it with a spoon.

No one ate them. Maybe if the recipe used polish sausage instead of hotdogs it would give it a little more flavor.

I made it but cut the hotdogs into slices so they would be easier for my son to eat. Otherwise, no changes and they were delicious! I'm thinking of trying chili cheese dogs the next time I make them.

the velveeta cheese I substituted with taste cheese, this is a very good recipe, i change the cheese because you can find it in the shops.

I added 1/3 of a cup of diced seeded Jalapeno and 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper to the corn batter.
A little spice was nice.

I just made these just like the recipe. They look just like the picture and taste great. My three year old grandson is on his forth one , so I'd say he likes them too.

I made the recipe with my own cornbread instead of a package- so obviously that made it better.
Velveeta cheese is not available in my country, so I substituted with another melty cheese. The idea is a very good one for frozen lunches and I will make it again
