Description
Jell-O is a light and tasty treat any time of the day. This Milk Jell-O combines powdered gelatin, water, evaporated low-fat milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into molds, then let them sit about an hour to create the gelatin texture. Each mold can be served up on a plate with strawberries or other fruits of your choice. This dessert is 350 calories, so you don’t have to feel guilty.

- 14 grams gelatin powder
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 12 oz. low fat evaporated milk
- 14 oz. condensed milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
- Mix the gelatin with 1/3 cup of water in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Add the evaporated and condensed milk to a pot along with the remaining water. Bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Add the milk to the gelatin and mix well.
- Add the vanilla ti the milk and mix well. Pour the milk into separate molds.
- Let the molds sit for 3 to 4 hours until they take on a more gelatinous texture. Serve with strawberries or other fruits.
