- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk (light)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 candy (+ sea salt)

Directions
- In a bowl we mix the flour together with the sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, beaten egg, milk and oil. We beat to integrate, but not overbeat.
- We put half of the mixture in a cup, then we add the caramels and sprinkle with a few grains of sea salt.
- We empty the rest of the mixture, and take to microwave for 1:30 minutes at the highest power. We check if it is cooked (toothpick, or touch, if it is firm and bounces like a mattress, that's it). If time lacks, we cook 30 seconds in 30 seconds, always checking at those intervals.
- We take out and serve.
