Great recipe. I added a little paprika as well, and I used queso blanco/queso fresco instead of cojita (very similar, not as salty). Everyone enjoyed them.

Easy and delicious, I used chili lime seasoning and that added a delicious kick.

Much easier to make than I suspected.. Reminds me of Las Vegas street corn vendors!
