Omg it is good! After reading the comments, i reduced the tomato paste by half and since I didn't have cilantro I used dried parsley. I kept everything else as is. Excellent recipe and this will be my go to moving forward!

Very easy, especially since I had leftover white rice! I used extra cilantro and some chili powder as well. served with sliced lime. Everybody really liked it!

I used a microwave safe bowl and cooked a bag of white rice with the 2 cups of Chicken Broth. Finished the recipe as recommended. Absolutely amazing!

Delish. Made it with a small can of rotel instead of that fancy pants “tomato paste”. Ain’t never had a paste since elementary school. I do highly recommend Elmer’s paste if you’re in the market for a paste. Good paste that is.

This recipe is great with a few changes - first we switch the tomato paste for 1/3 cup tomato purée, and then halve the cumin

It was good. I will use less cumin next time and maybe tomato sauce instead of paste. Also needs more spices. Going to play around with this recipe.

it was amazing but I recommened using only one teaspoon of cumin instead two unless you want alot of cumin

i did not like this recipe . It had to much of tomato flavor and the rice was over cooked. i followed the exact instructions. Very disappointed
