Pizza is the perfect way to pack all kinds of flavors in a cheesy, tasty slice. This recipe for Mexican Flatbread Tuna Pizza is hearty and healthy. Ingredients include 3 flour tortillas, tomato sauce, ground oregano, drained canned tuna, chopped black olives, and chopped artichoke hearts. - 3 flour tortillas
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano (ground)
- 5 oz. canned tuna (drained)
- black olives (chopped)
- artichoke hearts (chopped)

Directions
- Using a hot frying pan, place a tortilla and heat up both sides.
- Once both sides are lightly toasted, Pour a bit of the tomato sauce on top of the tortilla and sprinkle the oregano on the sauce.
- Lightly cover the tortilla with the tuna, olives, artichoke hearts, and cheese.
- Place in a microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds, let the cheese melt, and serve on a plate.
