- 1 pkg. knorr fiesta sides - mexican rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 avocado (diced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- MELT Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- PREPARE Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes during the last 5 minutes of cook time.
- STIR in chicken. Sprinkle with avocado and cheese.
