Never had something like this before and I must say it turned out very delicious. There was a lot of flavor and all the spices went well with the potatoes.

Very good recipe. I gave it 3 stars because the recipe tells to cook to cut off the ends of the potatoes. What a waste of perfectly edible food! All to have the “perfect” looking dish. I didn’t do this and the potatoes (ends included) turned out great.

Didn't need the full cooking time. Tried the potatoes before adding the broth and I could have eaten them like that they were scrummy then. Really enjoyed them and will be doing them again

Potatoes were a bit over done besides that just follow the recipe. Great taste and very tender

These were delicious. I followed the directions poorly though. I put the chicken broth in mix with everything in the beginning instead of in the last 15 min. They still came out amazing and had a little crispness to them. My mother says not following the recipe is how you make a new recipe 😂

I overcooked these slightly but they were so yummy anyway! If you want them crispy, cut them a little thinner than suggested.

The flavor was ok. I have a convention oven and I think the temperature was too high. I'll try it again and set the oven at a lower temp.
