- 1 cup water (filtered)
- 4 cups cantaloupe (diced)
- 2 cups strawberries (fresh halved)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia, optional)
- 1 piece ginger root (plus more to taste)

Directions
- Place all the ingredients in the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure the lid and set the Blender to the Adapti-Blend™ Juice program. Blend until machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for 30-40 seconds, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10 or 11.
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve, or pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.
