- 3 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 1 zucchini (small, diced (about 1 cup))
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 8 oz. orzo pasta (cooked and drained)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Melt 2 tablespoons Promise® Buttery Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook zucchini, red pepper, garlic, thyme, salt and black pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. To serve, toss hot orzo with vegetables, remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and cheese.
