Delicious! I’ve tried this recipe a few times! And you have to be a little careful with the zoodles though. You have to make sure they aren’t soggy.

It was much better without any sauce! The blend of flavors was yummy. The sauce hid or dampened the bounty. I didn’t have any olives, but I’m imagining the tingle they would add. I’ll have to make this again.

This was awesome. I don’t follow recipes but use them as a guideline. I added a ton of olives, some peppers, red onion, and artichoke hearts. Used pesto and fresh basil and cilantro. Such great flavor will definitely make it again

This was the first time I used spiral zuccinie noodles. I really liked this dish and see such potenial for using these noodles. I will be exploring other recieps using the spirals.. Very good.

It was delicious! I did not have the sun dried tomatoes on hand and I will be sure to have them the next time I make this recipe. Even my husband who is not big on vegies loved it.Yum!!

Definately will make this again! Very quick, easy, delicious, and healthy! The prep took a little longer than the recipe led on (it took me about 20 minutes to prep and 20 to cook).

Absolutely loved it! The flavors blend well together. I didn't make any changes to the recipe. My family really liked it too. This was the first recipe to try out my new spiralizer tool. This recipe is definitely a keeper!.

I am not a fan of Sun dried tomatoes so I purchased a box of mixed colored fresh tomatoes and the recipe was delicious.
Spagetti squash also works well
