Really good. I used 2 cans of beans and 32oz of broth as per other reviews and it was perfect.

This is a delicious soup. I only used the two cans of beans with 32oz vegetable broth. Before adding the spinach, I used a hand blender to puree a portion of the soup to give it a creamy texture. I never have leftovers.

So much better than expected! It is now a staple recipe in my house my picky 8 year old even likes it!

Good! Made with chicken broth and 2 cans of beans. Added chicken. Sauted onions, carrots, and spices, then cooked in the crockpot on low for 4 hours. Easy and delicious!

I read other reviews and decided to go with only two cans of beans and one 32oz box of broth. Also used chopped kale instead of spinach. Cooked an Italian sausage on the side for my husband. Overall, it was good. The cheese on top helped give it a little boost.

I always add Italian chicken sausage to really make the dish a meal. It's never let me down so far.

Delicious soup! I only put in 2 cans of beans since it only had 6 cups of veggie broth. Next time I will replace one of the six cups of veggie broth with plain water to reduce the salt. Yummy! Pai loved it too! 😋

Easy recipe to throw together and I used kale instead of spinach. Spinach in soup for me is a slime fest and I enjoy spinach in salads or very slightly steamed instead but next time I throw this together I’ll be using collards (so under rated and delicious in soup).

Will make again. Next time I’m going to sprinkle feta cheese on top.

As a stand alone with crusty bread, a perfectly lovely and mild on the stomach lunch/dinner. I added a small amount of diced chicken and two small zucchini cubed. A well balance, delicious dish. Recommend.

Very good. I converted this to my Instant Pot. I was pretty generous with all the ingredients to make sure it was full flavored. Needed an extra hit of salt and garlic salt at the end. Also added some dried onion flakes. Used a big handful of julienned carrots and two big handfuls spinach for those ingredients/measurements. Sautéed onion, celery, and carrots in vegetable broth and oil on sautée mode about 5 min, adding the garlic toward the end. Added all remaining ingredients except spinach, stirred, set IP to pressure cook high 5 min and then quick release. Chopped my spinach with kitchen shears and stirred in alongside the extra salts, let sit another 5-10 min.

This was very delicious. I didn't add the spinach. I chopped up my leftover ham and it was delish. This will be my go to recipe for beans.
