- 2 whole grain wraps (10-inch)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves (or salad greens)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
- 1/2 cup roasted peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives (chopped)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)

- Spread It: Spread Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Vegan Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread on wraps.
- Stuff It: Layer ingredients down center of each wrap.
