- 1 hoagie roll (halved lengthwise)
- 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise (or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 2 Tbsp. wish-bone olive oil vinaigrette dressing
- 3 tsp. loosely packed fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 2 oz. cooked chicken (sliced)
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper (medium, grilled and sliced)
- 1 slice red onion (grilled)
- 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms (grilled)
- 2 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven 350°.
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dressing and basil in small bowl; evenly spread on roll. Layer roll with remaining ingredients. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake 4 minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
