- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 1/2 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 poblano pepper (roasted, peeled, and cut into strips)
- 1 can red bell peppers (cut into strips.)
- 3 Tbsp. feta cheese (/goat cheese)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Mix the ground beef, tomato sauce, mustard, and egg together in a bowl.
- Cover the inside of a rectangular pan with the meat mixture. Make sure to leave a hollow space in the center.
