- 4 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (In my opinion, it’s worth it to invest in a good quality mayonnaise…the taste is SO different and delicious)
- hot sauce (Your favorite, to taste, I used about 2 tablespoons of Melinda’s Extra Hot Habanero)
- 1 Tbsp. peanut (canola, or olive oil, Peanut and canola oil have a higher smoke point, but I don’t have an issue using olive oil)
- salt
- pepper
- hot sauce (for serving)

It was OK. I marinated the chicken over night but, it wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be. A waste of all the extra calories and fat from the mayo.
