It turned out as expected. Perhaps a tad too much salt, & I had an extra pound of potatoes. I used cream cheese instead of sour cream.

Too salty for my taste. Next time I’ll try it with unsalted butter or half a tablespoon. Consistency was great though.

This recipe is way out of wack. The timing resulted in lumpy undercooked potatoes. The timing is off.

Add more salt, I substituted heavy cream with whole milk and added a lot more than this called for but with a modified recipe, these have a lot of potential!

sooo delicious and sooo easy to make! boiled potatoes in chicken broth instead of water, also i didn’t add sour cream bc hubby doesn’t like it 😂 definitely a new favorite!!
