- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (crushed)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. chili paste (or ground fresh red chili,, use amount after your taste, some like it hot, other not!)
- 2 red onions (chopped)
- 1 handful almonds (ground)
- 4 Tbsp. tomato pure
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for baking)
- 400 grams coconut cream (a tin)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable bouillon
- fresh coriander
- pickles
- raita (recipe, see below)
- naan bread
- brown rice
- 1 cup yogurt (choice, I used a coconut yogurt)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (finely chopped)
- apple cider vinegar (a small splash of)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint (finely)
