- 2 cans tomatoes (whole)
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and in low temperature saute the garlic cloves until tender.
- In a bowl crush the tomatoes with your hand and tear them appart, add to the pan.
- Salt and pepper to taste and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the fresh herbs and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and discard the garlic cloves.
