Awesome bacon was delish and turkey very flavorful. Making it again this year only thing I do differently is split the bird down the breast & flatten it out, then cook on a rack in a cookie sheet. Cooks about 30 min faster & very easy to cut up

Wow. Just WOW. I got so many compliments!!! It was moist and super flavorful!! I did brine it for about 12 hrs ( a yummy recipe with apple juice and bourbon). I will do this again next year!!!
