Description
These little bites are a delicious little dessert that is super easy to make. Buttery, flaky puff pastry is the base which is topped with sweet mango. A simple folding technique makes these pastries stunning to look at, while a sprinkling of crushed pistachios adds a nice color contrast to the orange mango. You can enjoy these as a dessert, or serve them at a cocktail party as a sweet appetizer.

- 4 puff pastry (individual, squares, cut out the squares from an already spread out puff pastry rolls, 15 cm. on each side)
- 1 mango (ripe)
- brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. crushed pistachios (unsalted)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel and cut the mango into cubes.
- Place the pastry squares on a baking pan. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
