Description
The basic dough in this recipe gets an extra kick of flavor with the addition of yogurt, which adds a nice rich tartness. This simple dough is then topped with za'atar, which is a Middle Eastern blend of herbs, sesame seeds, and salt. These two simple components make for a bold and delicious pizza. This is great eaten on its own, but also makes a great base to enjoy with dip.

- 50 mL warm water
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 240 grams yogurt
- 310 grams wheat flour
- 1 tsp. yeast (dehydrated)
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. za'atar
- 1 Tbsp. spice (ground sumac)
- 80 mL olive oil

Directions
- If you have a bread machine, first put water, oil, salt and yogurt, then the remaining ingredients and run the "dough cycle" program.
- If you do not have a bread machine, mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the yogurt and the oil and in another bowl, the water, the yeast and the sugar.
