Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut sausage into ½” cubes. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add sausage to skillet and cook, stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned. Remove sausage from skillet; keep warm.
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse and keep warm.

It was amazing! We used elk bratwurst so very little grease. Added more jack and used whole wheat breadcrumbs and shredded sharp cheddar as a melted topping. It was perfect.

Amazing, I’ve made it twice, neither time with the sausage, once I used hot dogs and my kids loved it and the second time I used bacon and it was also amazing.

I did things a bit differently, just a fly-by- Night deal with what I had plus I'm picky about spices. I had everything except heavy cream so I used cream cheese & reg. hotdogs along with some all spice from the local market. Then I whipped everything together in a big pot on the stove. I'd say it turned out pretty Well 😁😋
