Good. I suggest using peanut butter and hot chocolate if it can work with you. Turned out great.

It tastes good.. but I used 1/4 tsp erythtritol and it turned out taste like dark chocolate ice cream. Maybe next time I'll use 1 tsp erythtritol instead.

This seemed a lot like moose to me. 🙆🏽♀️ It didn’t really hit the ICE spot like I hoped it would. But I haven’t given up. The flavor and texture weren’t bad.
