- 1 pkg. Cheddarwurst Smoked Sausage
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cellentani pasta
- 1 oz. broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 cup pasta water
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt

Directions
- Cut sausage into ½-inch slices and place in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in flour until combined. Whisk in milk until thick; remove skillet from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add the broccoli and peas after 2 minutes of cooking; reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain remaining. Stir the pasta water into the cheese sauce until smooth. Add the sausage, pasta and vegetables until coated; season with salt.

I made this recipe, and it turned out great, I used mozzarella instead of white chedder,as that is my family's favorite. will definitely make again and again.

Very good! I added a healthy amount of Cajun seasoning and a few types of cheese (cave aged cheddar, Vermont white cheddar, pepper Jack, and American) to amp up the flavor but the basics of the recipe were followed (and doubled for my large family) and it turned out fantastic!
