I make this recipe often and always love it. This time I made two replacements, 1c raisins instead of chocolate chips and puréed pumpkin instead of applesauce. Also added cinnamon and nutmeg. Always great recipes from skinnytaste!

I made it just as the recipe said. Has a really great flavor. I wasn't sure if it would be too dry using wheat flour, but the moisture from the zucchini and applesauce make it just right.
