Added Tony’s seasoning and cayenne and did not use the wine or hot sauce. Lots more of butter, salt and pepper, but that’s the way I like my grits

Too much lemon juice, next time I make this I’ll cut down to 1T lemon juice and 3T chicken broth. 4T made it too acidic with the hot sauce acidity

Turned out extremely well I definitely recommend this meal to anyone who wants to turn plain Jane grits, into something extravagant and delicious. As a topping, I added red crush peppers.

Great taste! Both kids loved it. Had second helpings. Will show back up again. Definitely get Jumbo shrimp and make sure they are thawed and dry before heading into the pan.
