It was ok. Needed more flavor. I added more cheese and that helped a lot.

I spiced it up with some Carolina reaper peppers and cilantro. Definitely better with the homemade taco seasoning.

It was awesome will definitely make again. Used Greek yogurt in place of cream cheese. Very good

We liked it a lot. We ate it with taco toppings. Even my picky 14 year old ate it! It will be on my list of meals to make during the work week. Next time I may put extra taco seasoning in the beef mixture.

Easy and good. I spread a can of refried beans on the bottom (only adds 7 grams carbs per serving) then topped it with the Cauliflower rice, meat and cheese. throw on some lettuce, sour cream, guacamole onions and hot sauce and it's a 1 bowl meal.
