- 1 lemon (medium, sliced for decoration, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. xylitol (or other granular low carb sweetener - erythritol won't work here)
- 2 tsp. arrowroot powder
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk (unsweetened)
