- 1/4 sea salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (shelled)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. flax seed
- 3/4 cup nut (and seed mixture)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. muffin (to each, before baking.)
