This was so good! I used sweet Italian spiced ground chicken. Added 16 oz bag of coleslaw mix. Added 1/2 cup chicken broth. I don’t like ginger so I used about 2 tablespoons of Hoisin sauce. My and and I both loved it!

Used sausage meat instead of plain pork and dint have low salt soy sauce. It was quick and would have been tasty except with the sausage meat and regular soy sauce was too salty. I would make it again and serve with rice because it was so quick and easy and range if flavours was great.

We really like this recipe for Egg Roll in a Bowl. I'm not a big fan of ginger so next time I will add less. I also added cooked cauliflower rice before serving.

I really liked this I made few modifications: added hoisin sauce, fresh lime juice, garlic, ginger and basil for a more Thai spin on it. Topped with crushed peanuts and an over-easy egg. Will make this again

Didn’t taste like egg roll at all. I used sausage and my husband, who likes just about everything, said it wasn’t good or bad it just tasted weird. Recipe isn’t worth tweaking

Amazing! One of the best Asian inspired dishes I have made. Plus it is really easy and fast to make. I did use ground chicken instead of ground turkey sausage. Made it more juicy. Will be making this one again real soon!
