It was delicious!! I forgot the Mayo and it was still very good!

This was the first time I have used riced cauliflower, and I didn't think I would like it. I have to say I was a little surprised, but this was bettter than the original! The only thing I would add is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of coriander. It was missing just a little bit of spice. We had leftovers and it was even better the second day.
