We could have used a higher temp at 425 perhaps, to gain more overall crisp on the bottom and top layers that I had, but the flavor was great!

Turned out quite good - if a tad sweet for our taste. Next time I'll cut back on the honey, and the pepper flakes (I like it spicy as is or spicier, but the fam takes it less hot.)

This was quick and easy to make. I had frozen brussel sprouts and blanched them for 4 minutes to unthaw, tossed in an ice bath and followed everything else as instructed. Very tasty side dish.
