Light, fluffy, easy, perfect!
I always wait until the bubbles in the middle pop before flipping, no matter what kind of pancakes I’m making the same goes for these.
My griddle is nonstick, but I still use my basting brush to get a thin layer of canola oil for extra golden pancakes with just a little crisp on the outside

For some reason I have a hard time making edible pancakes from scratch(??) I think myself a pretty good cook as do guests I’ve cooked for but pancakes...
These came out pretty good for a first attempt. I will definitely try to make them again.

I used salted butter, 2/3 of the salt and 3/5 of the butter and didn’t separate the egg and they turned out lovely! Just salty enough, and could even do with less butter. They’re a yummy buttery treat

I loved loved loved this recipe!! Been trying to find a perfect recipe that makes fluffy and delicious pancakes Well I found it! My hubby and son gave them a 10!

Not bad! I don’t understand the reason for adding the whites last though, and if I make these again I probably won’t do that.

Tasted great. I didn’t have baking soda, but they turned out fine.

These are fluffy and tender. The batter was a little thick, so added a little more milk Cook 2..5 minutes on each side —just as the directions state .I substituted refined coconut oil for mite than half the butter . Because of high fat content,, pan did not need much oil

Perfect fluffy pancakes! So happy to have finally found a recipe that gives me the result I’ve been searching for for years.

These were okay. A little too salty for us, and the butter flavor was very overpowering.

After maki g this recipe, I thought there was too much butter and my pancakes tasted mostly of butter. Next time will use much less.

These pancakes are absolutely delicious! I often use yogurt mixed with milk (described in the recipe) instead of actual buttermilk. I have also experimented with adding different fruit to the batter (mashed bananas, sliced apples, blueberries) and it turned out excellent every time.

Just made them following the recipe EXCEPT I used only 1 tsp of Kosher salt instead of the 1 1/2tsp. Fluffy and delicate. Flavor was very good except there was a slight baking soda flavor/texture to it. Nothing too overwhelming or overpowering. Would definitely make it again and use 1/2 tsp of the baking soda instead of the whole tsp asked for in the recipe.

These are the best pancakes I have ever made! We loved them! Definitely buttery, but so good!

The best pancakes ever! They are so good it's almost a shame to put butter & syrup on them

Love it... so soft and fluffy. My daughter is very fussy about her pancakes and this one she just gobbled it up. Easy than beating eggs whites separately. Definitely going to be our usual pancake mix

The recipe as written is too salty by 1/2 to 1/4 teaspoon. Otherwise, good height, texture. I cut salt by 1/2 teaspoon, tasted great

I've tried several different pancake recipes and this one has been the best, by far. The pancakes are fluffy and thick. My kids love them and they are super easy to whip together!
